What does maximum muscular potential mean?

Maximum muscular potential is an estimate of how much body weight someone might carry at a lean body-fat level based on height. It is used as a broad reference for long-term natural muscle-gain expectations.

Why it appears in a TDEE result

People who calculate TDEE often want to lose fat, build muscle, or understand body composition. Showing maximum muscular potential helps advanced users think about long-term goals rather than only today’s calorie number.

Use it carefully: This number is not a promise, diagnosis, or personal target. Training history, genetics, age, nutrition, sleep, consistency and health status all matter.

Why different body-fat levels are shown

The result may show estimated body weight at very lean levels such as 5%, 10% and 15% body fat. Most people do not need or want to reach extremely low body fat. The different levels simply show how body weight can change when body-fat percentage changes.
